These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website aventus-management.com (the "Site"), operated by AVENTUS Management LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AVENTUS," "we," "us").

1. Services

AVENTUS provides consulting services in the field of AI workflow automation, including process consulting, implementation of automation systems, AI integration, and ongoing operation and support. Specific engagements, deliverables, fees, and payment terms are agreed in a separate written agreement or written proposal between AVENTUS and the client (an "Engagement Agreement"). In case of conflict, the Engagement Agreement prevails over these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

The content of this Site is provided for general information about our firm and services. It does not constitute professional advice, and no client relationship is created by visiting the Site or contacting us.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for consulting services are set out in the applicable Engagement Agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Where payments are processed by third-party payment providers, their terms apply to the processing of the payment itself.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, design, and branding, is the property of AVENTUS Management LLC. Rights to work products created in the course of an engagement are governed by the applicable Engagement Agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat non-public client information as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVENTUS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Liability in connection with consulting engagements is governed by the applicable Engagement Agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory law of the client's jurisdiction provides otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this Site at the time of your visit applies.
